Roda Beach

Roda beach is on the north coast of Corfu, 27 miles north-west of Corfu town and airport and just 2 miles west of its neighbour Acharavi village. Roda is a modern beach resort found at the western end of an enormous bay and is backed by mountains.

Rapid growth has meant little remains of Roda as fishing village, though there are some narrow lanes and older buildings in the centre.

Roda is very popular to families and couples looking for plenty of lively cheap bars and entertainment alongside the beach which is very safe for swimming.

The beach runs for just under a mile and the resort runs alongside, between the beach and the main road. In Roda you can enjoy water sports, walks or bike trips to inland villages, the waterpark at Acharavi.

Nightlife is pretty busy, with a lot of bars and restaurants.
